I will like to create my blog to keepsake of my new home - City View at Boon Keng.
This is a 2nd batch DBSS from HDB, there are 3 blocks with 714 units at 40 storeys high. It is located on the city fringes and is within walking distance of the Boon Keng MRT station. The development also with a fantastic view of the city for some of units phase.
It launches in Jan 2008 , we have no intention of buying at that time as feel the price is too high at average cost of $520 per square foot. There were more than 3500 people applied for the 714 units but later turn out only 66% actually bought them. The developer later had open for walk in selection.
